Submission Guidelines / Editorial Guidelines
The publishers and editors who use our site are very interested in short quality articles they can use in professional newsletters. These publishing professionals work for e-mail newsletters, print journals, and magazines. Before your submit content to this site, please ask yourself:
- Is my article original, properly represented by the author who owns the rights to the piece?
- Is the article original, not something in the public domain or purchased? If you used a ghost writer to create your article, ask, Do I have exclusive license that makes me the only user of this article?
- Does the article promote a specific product, affiliate link, or is a blatant advertisement? We DO NOT accept advertising or advertorial content.
- Does the article provide value to a specific reader? Does is clearly offer it's points in plain english, and is it to the point?
- Have I used proper punctuation, grammar, and other language appropriate for business communications?
- Is this article at least 250 words, and no more than 1,500 words? Are paragraphs clearly written, focused, and contributing to the overall article?
- How many sites have I sent this article? Exclusive content gets better search engine rankings and is preferred.
The bottom line is that our publishers don't want crap, they want quality materials that educate their readers. Whether you are looking for paid article opportunities or to position yourself as a thought leader, great content gets republished.
