The taste of coffee, its aroma, the presence of bitterness or sourness, aftertaste, caffeine content - each variety has its own characteristics, because of which we like this or that drink so much. And how many varieties of coffee are there? It is impossible to count the exact number of names, today there are more than a hundred varieties of coffee, each of which has its own unique taste. Its formation is influenced by the location of the coffee farm or plantation, climatic conditions, soil, and most importantly - the type of coffee tree from which the crop was collected.
There are two main types of trees: Arabica, whose beans have a huge variety of flavors, and Robusta, which has a high caffeine content. It so happens that Arabica has given us the full range of coffee varieties.
Where it all began - a little about Arabica
The first Arabica trees, according to the information that has come down to us, appeared in the territory of modern Ethiopia, as well as in Sudan and Kenya, north of Mount Marsabit; this type of tree was called "typica". Later, Arabica spread to Yemen, where commercial coffee cultivation began. Then coffee trees came to other countries. Brought by the French to the island of Reunion (located to the east of Madagascar and called Bourbon at that time), "typica" mutated for the first time in a natural way; the coffee variety "Bourbon" appeared. These varieties of Arabica - "typica" and "bourbon" - are today considered the basis of many varieties of coffee.
Our store offers the following varieties of 100% Arabica:
Robusta - a natural energy drink
The second most common is robusta - coffee with a characteristic bitterness. Due to caffeine, the content of which in robusta is twice as much as in arabica, coffee has a wonderful invigorating effect. Moreover, it is robusta that gives good cream in espresso, when preparing cappuccino it gives interesting shades to the drink, thanks to which it is so popular. Rich chocolate taste with nutty notes, robusta mixes well with various varieties of arabica.
In our online store you can buy freshly roasted coffee India Robusta Pachment - rich and invigorating, with the taste of dark chocolate with notes of roasted nuts.
Do you want to get coffee that combines a wealth of flavors with invigorating properties? We also offer a mixture of Arabica and Robusta in different proportions:

It is impossible to list all the varieties of coffee that exist in the world. Over the past centuries, coffee trees have spread throughout the world. Currently, most coffee plantations are located in Brazil and Columbia, as well as in African countries, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc.
But even today, breeders are developing new, high-yielding varieties of coffee that would be resistant to changing climates, pests and diseases. The Decaf variety has also appeared coffee without caffeine, obtained by processing green beans using various technologies. The drink turns out softer, with a pronounced sourness.
