Eligibility Criteria:
- All women aged 18 years and above are eligible for this scheme.
- Exclusions:
- Women already receiving pensions or aid under any other scheme from the Delhi government.
- Government employees.
- Tax-paying women (except those with Delhi voter IDs).
Application Process:
- Eligible women can apply for the benefit starting from the next financial year.
- Required documents:
- Aadhar details.
- PAN card.
- Bank account details.
- Voter ID card.
Budget Allocation:
- The government has allocated Rs 2,000 crore for this scheme in the Budget 2024.
- Overall budget for the fiscal year 2024-25 is Rs 76,000 crore.
