3. Problem-Solving Skills

4. Adaptability

Weaknesses of Interviews

Example Answer "I am a perfectionist. I spend more time than is necessary on certain tasks. In order to combat this problem, I limit my time and concentrate on the most crucial aspects of any project. "This has allowed me be more efficient without compromising on quality."

4. Impatience

Example : "I expect fast results sometimes and become frustrated when things are taking longer than I planned."

Sample Answer: "I often get impatient if progress is not as fast as I expected. To overcome this I practice mindfulness and set more realistic goals. This has allowed me to remain patient and focused on achieving long-term success."

5. Difficulty saying no

Example : "I take on a lot of tasks when I'm not sure if others will be satisfied."

Example Answer "I used struggled with saying no. It sometimes led to an overloaded workload. Recent practice has taught me to set boundaries and prioritize tasks according urgency and importance. It has enabled me to be more efficient and manage my schedule effectively."

How to Answer Strengths-Weaknesses questions Effectively

Be Honest -- Choose strengths and weaknesses which truly reflect you and your experience.

Give Examples Always use real-life examples when presenting your answer to make it more convincing.
