Independent over-temperature safety controller/thermostat

Control-panel location

Floor-mounted, wall-mounted or side-mounted, depending on final layout

Heating System

The oven is electrically heated using low-watt-density, sheathed tubular Incoloy/Inconel air heaters. The heaters are installed inside an isolated recirculating-air duct or plenum, preventing direct radiant heating of the product.

Parameter

Offered/Proposed Specification

Heating-element type

Sheathed tubular Incoloy/Inconel air heaters

Proposed heater capacity

Approximately 45 kW

Heater arrangement

Distributed inside an isolated recirculation duct/plenum

Heater control

Thyristor-based three-phase proportional power controller

Power-controller type

Slim three-phase electronic power controller

Component brands

Autonics, Schneider Electric, L&T or equivalent reputed brands

Heat distribution

Indirect forced-convection heating

Heater safety interlock

Heater operation interlocked with the air-circulation blower

Air-Circulation and Exhaust System

A heavy-duty centrifugal blower continuously recirculates heated air through engineered ducts, plenums and adjustable baffles. This arrangement minimizes temperature variation throughout the usable chamber.

Parameter

Offered/Proposed Specification

Air circulation

High-volume forced-air recirculation

Blower assembly

Heavy-duty motor-driven blower – 1 No.

Proposed blower motor

3 HP / approximately 2.2 kW, continuous-duty

Proposed airflow capacity

Approximately 4,500–6,000 m³/hour, subject to final duct-pressure calculation

Air distribution

Engineered rear and side plenums with suitable internal baffles

Fresh-air inlet

Adjustable fresh-air provision

Exhaust system

Adjustable vapour-exhaust outlets with damper arrangement

Exhaust points

Up to five vapour-exhaust points, as per final process design

Cooling performance

Designed to cool to approximately 70°C within 30 minutes after heater shutdown, subject to load, ambient conditions and airflow settings

Heavy-duty, multi-wall insulated industrial construction

Inner chamber

SS 304, approximately 2 mm thick

Inner working base

SS 304, 6 mm thick

Outer body

Heavy-duty powder-coated MS/GI sheet
