Unmukt Chand's Journey from India to USA Cricket
Unmukt Chand was born on March 26, 1993, in Delhi, India, into a Kumaoni Rajput family. He rose to fame as the captain of India's Under-19 team, leading them to victory in the 2012 ICC Under-19 World Cup with a memorable century in the final. After playing for teams like Delhi Daredevils, Rajasthan Royals, and Mumbai Indians in the IPL, limited opportunities led him to switch his cricketing career to the United States in 2021. He now plays for the Los Angeles Knight Riders in Major League Cricket. Off the field, Chand is married to nutritionist and fitness influencer Simran Khosla. His inspiring story is also the subject of a documentary titled "Unbroken."
